9月25日，记者从市建委获悉，沈阳前8个月完成建筑业总产值482.4亿元，比去年同期增加48.5%。占全省完成建筑业总产值的24.8%，名列全省第一。

　　1—8月份，在沈阳注册的法人建筑施工企业在外省完成的建筑业产值131.3亿元，比去年同期增加56.5%。

　　1-8月份，沈阳房屋建筑施工面积3420.5万平方米，比去年同期增加53.6%；其中本年新开工面积1693.8万平方米，比去年同期增加82.5%。劳动生产平均人数为36.6万人，比去年同期增长39.9%。

　　市建委有关负责人表示，通过一系列的数据表明，沈阳的建筑业今年保持良好的增长势头，并超过了历年年平均建筑业总产值的增长速度，全市建筑业的持续增长势头十分强劲。
